Lindsey flinched slightly when the coffee pot all but exploded to the side, but managed to not appear too startled otherwise. He did look briefly over to the mess as any who was just in the same room as an exploding coffee pot should, but merely made a note to have the service staff clean up after.

He had read in the files that Sam Winchester used to have an addiction to it, but he hadn't expected that sort of reaction to it.

"About that..." He managed to maintain his smile although his demeanor had notably chilled.

From inside his desk, he brought out another folder that held a separate contract. It was a short one, considerably less pages than the one Sam read. In fact, it was barely two pages with very simple terms.

"This would be a bonus for signing the contract... If you're interested."
