"Of course. Please." Lindsey waved a hand for Sam to carry on as he wished. "Yes, it was Stanford, I believe?" Lindsey had done his research on this important client. It was meant as small talk, showing an interest in the client to put the other at ease, but Lindsey could only feel more uneasy as he watched Sam read through the contract.

After a while, the door to his office opened and a young lady carried in two cups, a warm blood for Sam and a black coffee for Lindsey. He smiled up at his secretary with a polite 'thank you', then gestured for Sam to his drink.
